In the face of the US healthcare challenges, Larry Twersky immediately recognized the importance of the TimerCap and the broad impact it could have on millions of lives. Larry serves as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer where his primary role is keeping the team focused on the company’s mission of engaging current healthcare challenges at the intersection of technology and pharmacy, and bringing them to market. TimerCap LLC creates solution driven products that result in improved healthcare outcomes. Enabling people of all ages to live healthier, more productive lives.
Previously Larry served as President of 1-800-DENTIST making it the largest and most successful dental practice marketing program in the nation. Prior to joining 1-800-DENTIST, Mr. Twersky served as Chief Executive Officer of Solid Climb a technology consulting company with more than 30 years’ experience in Healthcare Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and considered a pioneer in wireless and Internet-based solutions, having developed the first wireless CRM product for Palm(TM). He also previously served as President of GoldMine Software Corporation’s CRM Division. Prior to that, he founded Corporate Computer Center (CCC) in 1989 as one of the most successful CRM consulting practices.
Larry served on the College of Business and Economics Dean’s Council of Advisors and mentors CSUN business students. He was appointed to the CSUN Alumni Association Board of Directors in 2003 and elected to the association presidency in 2007 and was honored in 2012 with the CSUN Volunteer of the year “Granny Heitz Award.” He is a speaker with topics ranging from Sex Sells, Dogs Bark and Babies Cry, Leadership Lesson you need learn and Video Stores, Book Stores, don’t let your Pharmacy be next!. He is also a five-time marathoner, enthusiastic snowboarder and an avid wine collector who lives in Tarzana, CA, with his wife, Renee while his two daughters, Skyler and Mya make their own positive indelible marks in this world.
CPA - Chief Financial Officer
Renee Rogozenski, partner, has been a member of TimerCap LLC since 2010. She graduated from University of Denver with a BS in Accounting. Licensed as a CPA, she worked for the Denver office in the Audit department of Peat Marwick Mitchell. She later moved to California to provide a wide range of accounting services for California Federal. Recently she has been involved with a variety of smaller companies, notably Corporate Computer Center and SolidClimb, LLC.
Chief Technology Officer
Cliff Rayman is an accomplished technology executive leader with 25+ years of experience driving technology solutions. He has extensive expertise in both Global Healthcare and Consumer Products. As both an executive and an accomplished technologist, Cliff has worked with startups as well as large global organizations to create products and solutions that fuel breakthrough results. Cliff’s most recent projects have included; innovative new product design and development for the next generation of Internet of Things (IOT) consumer healthcare products, including hardware, firmware, mobile development, web services, HIPAA/HITECH security and Analytics; creation of a web based tool that allows consumers to evaluate hospital value and safety based on the latest quality and pricing measures.

Cosmin Andriescu is a talented software developer with more than 20 years of experience and a serial entrepreneur. His former positions have included being the Core Development Team Manager at GoldMine Software until it was sold in 2005. Afterward, Cosmin then took the role of VP of Product Development at WiseWindow Inc. (subsequently acquired by KPMG in April 2012) before founding Sparktech where he consults various startups as CTO/CIO. Past clients have included: KPMG LLP, Residential Bancorp, IEEE Aerospace Conference, Jewish Educational Media,TableRunner/Valley Fine Foods Inc., Gloria Jeans Coffees Inc., CEPH/Inktank (acquired by Redhat)

Product Development Engineer
Philip Tomasi is high-level Systems Engineer, more recently specializing in Product Development for the Internet of Things (IOT), particularly as they relate to the Healthcare Industry. Phil holds many patents, including a “Removable Hard Disc Drive” that became the standard for “Hot Swap” military and video industry backups and a DVD Vending System which later became the renown “Redbox”. While his career has brought him to the aid of many major corporations as an Engineering Consultant, he is also sometimes referred to as the “Father “ of LCD repair business, having developed much of the equipment that has become commonplace in the industry. Though he has managed several successful corporations that he cofounded and were later acquired, his passion is for “hands-on” design and development of socially and ecologically responsible projects.
Supply Chain Engineer
Aaron Horton spent his youth traveling between the United States and China, including years spent studying Zen Buddhism with a monk who taught Aaron to speak fluent Chinese by the age of 11. After earning his degree as a Mechanical Engineer from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY, Aaron moved to China where he has lived and worked in Changtai, Xiamen and Shanghai and his unique skills have positioned him perfectly to supervise the Supply Chain for Timer Cap.

Radu is an active athlete who enjoys tennis, body building and soccer, as well as an accomplished programmer from Romania, where he studied for his PhD in “Machine Learning in Computer Vision and String Processing” with the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, at the University of Bucharest from 2011-2013.

Amy Johnson is an advertising executive with over 15 years of professional experience specializing in project management, interactive advertising and communications management.
Since 2013, Mrs. Johnson has served as a consultant to TimerCap, advising on communications and marketing strategies, including social media and trade professional outreach, website development and tradeshow marketing communications.
Mrs. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Media Arts from Temple University. She holds a Master’s degree in Politics, Public Policy and Communications Management from New York University.
Director of Public Relations
Phillip Sugarman is an Public Relations Professional who specializes in campaigns for Email Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media, and Reputation Management. Since 2016, Mr. Sugarman has been the Director of Public Relations for TimerCap, increasing media exposure and awareness for the TimerCap story. Previously he helped micro-cap public companies with media exposure and investor awareness. Mr. Sugarman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from California State University of Northridge.
